I'VE ADDED A LOCAL GAS PRICE INDICATOR to the sidebar. It comes from Grand Rapids Gas Prices. Also, be sure to check out their county-by-county map of nationwide gas prices. Here's a screen shot:

Click for a better look. At the site, you can get more details on a county level. Very cool.

UPDATE: Cross-posted to Murdoc Online. We'll see what happens to prices after the elections, particularly if they go up. That could lend a bit of credibility to the "Republicans manipulated prices down for the elections" claims we heard last month.
